We recommend booking your transportation as early as possible once your medical appointment is confirmed. Our schedule often fills up weeks — even months — in advance. Early reservations help secure your preferred date and time.

If your appointment gets rescheduled or canceled, please contact us immediately so we can adjust or remove your booking.

We do accommodate same-day requests when our schedule allows, but availability is not guaranteed.
